The Banquet Kitchen in the Hua Hin Marriott Resort & Spa looked to their associates to help them create a new menu. More specifically, a new burger recipe. There were 15 eager associates, including the General Manager, that entered the competition. One, above all, was victorious. Lex, who created a Chicken Cordon Bleu Burger, won a dinner for two at Seafood ‘n Grill, Saturday Evening at Amber Kitchen in the resort.
