Chef in Training

Courtyard Brussels

Florian, a student at a Brussels school for deaf and mute, worked with our Executive Chef for his internship. The culinary team at the Courtyard Brussels made sure Florian was rapidly integrated, teaching him about professionalism, teamwork and perseverance.  For his final exam, Florian prepared a three-course meal for 15 people. The jury was very impressed with his skills and Florian successfully passed the exam.
