The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore, in Karnataka, India, recently invited students undergoing training in hospitality management at St. Josephs Community College to participate in the brand’s Succeed Through Service mentoring program.
The Succeed Through Service mentoring program focuses on imparting education and training to students in a range of areas such as business, hospitality, and useful life skills – key learnings that will help the students when they are ready for hotel internships.
Afterward, the students were all given a detailed tour of the hotel, allowing them first-hand experience of the “behind-the-scene” workings of a luxury hotel.
St. Josephs Community College offers both certificates and diplomas, focusing on employability skills.
