Top Chefs Battle

The final round of the Marriott Chef Battle in China was completed in Beijing last month. Six master chefs presented 12 signature dishes to 40 of the most influential food and beverage gourmet bloggers, media representatives, and Marriott International senior managers. Chef Leo Cao from JW Marriott Hotel Beijing Central won first place with his signature braised cod ball in pumpkin soup dish. The event aims to showcase the exceptional culinary experience that Marriott hotels in China can offer guests.
