During the 2019 holiday season, associates at the Fairfield By Marriott Inn & Suites Boston Marlborough/Apex Center in Massachusetts (United States) combined their annual holiday party with a charitable gesture.

Led by the hotel’s general manager Jessica Medina, during the party, associates gift wrapped sweatshirts and donated them to Sweats4Vets – a nonprofit organization that collects and distributes new Boston-based sports team sweatshirts to provide warmth to homeless veterans in the colder months across New England.

This effort supports Marriott’s commitment to Nurture Our World, an integral part of Serve 360, the company’s sustainability and social impact platform.
